SUBSEQUENT EVENTS | SUBSEQUENT EVENTS Subsequent to March 31, 2021, we paid a monthly distributions to Certificateholders of $6,900 or $0.09 per certificate in April 2021 and $6,915 or $0.09 per certificate in May 2021.
On May 12, 2021, the Trust filed a preliminary proxy statement with the Securities and Exchange Commission pursuant to Section 14(a) of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934.
