On March 5, 2021, Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (the “Trust”) made available on its investor website its initial monthly report for the period from February 1, 2021 to February 28, 2021. Such information is available at: www.ctltrust.net.

A copy of the monthly report is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and incorporated herein by reference.

On March 5, 2021, Copper Property CTL Pass Through Trust (the “Trust”) issued a press release announcing that a cash distribution of $0.20 per trust certificate will be paid on March 10, 2021 to certificateholders of record as of March 9, 2021 and scheduling its initial conference call with certificateholders
